Wondering what makes Matava different from department stores or even other specialty shoe stores? That's like asking what makes Nordstrom different from Wal-Mart. To list just a few:

Order and Return Policy

Ordering
If you see items you want to purchase on our website or in our stores simply contact us at 410-583-6933.  If no one is available to take your call, please leave your contact information and we will respond within 24 hours.

Returns
Shoes are returnable for a full refund within 7 days of purchase or delivery.  They must be in new condition and in their original box with tissue and wrapping included.  Shoes are returnable for store credit only if brought back within an 8-14 day period. 

Accessories may be returned within two weeks for store credit only.  They must have original tags and show no sign of wear.

Original receipts must accompany all returns. Please make sure that items are securely packed and insured for the full value of the item.

Exchanges

If you want to swap a size or a color, simply let us know. Include a note in your returned package or call us at 410-583-6933. If there is a price difference on the items we will either credit or charge the appropriate amount. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
